Constructor of a minimal surface sheet.

Details
Creates a sheet that is the minimal surface of a given outline curve.
The sheet's normal direction is determined by the right-hand-rule.
The quality of the resulting minimal curve is goverened by the tesselation parameters γ and smin.
Parameters
- outline

This must be a closed curve that describes the boundary of the minimal surface. The orientation of the curve defines the surface normal via the right-hand-rule.
